Happy Thursday!
I hope everyone enjoyed their extra long weekend for Memorial Day. Collin and I spent the weekend in Denton for my niece's graduation. We are so proud of her!!
We also spent some time with the family at the lake and at my sister's house. Here are a few photos from a quick swim at my sister's house.

We had a great weekend and really got to relax and get some down time. Even Oliver and Copper got in some rest.
Well the other night I made a summer favorite of ours. It is called Summer Sangria. I love a glass of sweet white wine and this is about as good as it gets. We usually make it with a bottle of Barefoot Moscato. It is a recipe that is from a cook book that my sweet sister in law Julia gave me from Perini Ranch in Buffalo Gap, TX. We love it!
This weekend, which is very quickly approaching, we are going out to the Alexander Farm to fish with friends and cook out and listening to some good country music.
Can't wait to spend some time with friends out in the country!!
