I am so enjoying this amazing cooler weather. I have always been an autumn type person and weather like this just makes me chipper. This is the weather that I grew up loving my dad in, the weather that Collin and I fell in love in, the weather that makes my heart warm. I love autumn.
In honor of the change in season I made some pumpkin cupcakes. There were really good, very moist. I ended up having to take them up to my office so that I wouldn't eat anymore of them.
Please don't laugh at my lack of culinary artistic ability. They were extremely yummy and fun to make. Well This past weekend Collin's siblings all came in. We got to meet Joel and Molly's new puppy. She was absolutely sweet. We all got together and went out to Pittsburgh to Los Pinos Vineyard. It was quite an adventure and the food was very good.
Tonight Sulphur Springs plays against Texas High. Big Rivals of ours. Gotta love good ol' Texas High School football!!
In other news, Collin and I have accepted a counter offer on a house that we put an offer into. We are beyond excited!! We have been looking at this house since they laid the concrete foundation (we even have pictures from it). We almost feel like it was built for us. The builder is an awesome person and a friend of Collin's dad. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house on .82 acres. I will post more details on the process of closing and what not as it happens.
