For our one year anniversary, we decided to go to Fredericksburg. We had heard from several friends and family that it is a fun place to visit and it did not disappoint.
WE LOVED IT!
We stayed at the Hoffman Haus, which is a bed and breakfast located a block or two away from the down town. We stayed in the adorable Ivy Cottage.
We loved our room and the staff was extremely friendly. We were brought breakfast to our door every morning in a picnic basket.
While there we visited the down town for some excellent shopping and we also visited Becker Winery. It was absolutely beautiful and the Lavendar fields were something worth seeing!
We also enjoyed some yummy home made pizza while relaxing on their veranda looking over the fields.
It was a great trip and we hope to go back to Fredericksburg again soon. We did miss our sweet puppies and they seemed like they missed us too.
